Who I Am

I'm a team lead and tech lead with a passion for building products that matter. I believe the best software comes from empowered teams with clear direction and strong engineering culture.

My days are split between writing code, reviewing architecture decisions, unblocking my team, and making sure we're solving the right problems.

What I Believe In

Ship early, iterate often, and never stop learning.

I care about developer experience as much as user experience. If your deploy pipeline takes 45 minutes, that's a product problem too.

I think the best leaders write code. Not all the time, not on the critical path, but enough to stay grounded in the reality of what they're asking their team to build.
